📅 Last year, I celebrated my birthday at my wedding rehearsal dinner with my beautiful bride. This year, I have another year under my belt and a wife! It’s truly surreal to look back and ponder how Sarah and I pulled it off and got hitched. They said it wouldn’t be easy, and it for sure wasn’t – still isn’t. I learned that you never get to a magical point in life where everything you’ve been aspiring to reach is achieved – feeling full. Not that I’m still hungry or sad, I’m actually the most happy I have ever been – It’s just that any relationship takes constant work. When you get too comfortable, you jeopardize losing everything you worked for. I can’t complain about a woman that surprises me with an iMac cake, let’s be real. We almost made it through the first year of our marriage and I’m looking forward to many more birthdays and anniversaries with my girl.
